Please note that upon submitting your order, the exact freight costs cannot be calculated immediately. As our products are made to order, transportation costs are determined based on the carriers' rates at the time of shipping given your order’s final volume and weight.
Once your order is ready to be dispatched, we will send you a proforma invoice via email. This invoice will include the total cost of your order, including the freight costs. Please ensure that both the invoicing and the delivery information are accurate to avoid any delays.
The products will be dispatched once the proforma invoice, which includes both the product prices and freight costs, has been covered in full. We kindly request that you settle the outstanding payment promptly to avoid any delays in shipping. Please note that we reserve the right to hold the dispatch until full payment is received.
